All items are located in Czech Republic and are shipped together, whether it’s a print, pin or a sticker.
All packages are sent via Czech Post and delivered by local shipping companies at final destination

Please allow up to 3 business days for me to pack your order as I’m the person who both draws, makes prints and sends it.
Czech Republic/Local – 2-3 business days
EU – 6-10 business days
United States & Worldwide – 9-21 business days
If you wish to pick up your order in Prague, select the proper option when checking out and contact me for further information.
Order arrived damaged/ did not arrive
Orders failed to be delivered due to lack of missing or wrong adress information will be re-shipped at customer expense, once the order is returned to me.
Damaged goods – in case any of the goodies might arrive with imperfections or damaged, please take photos and contact me.

I’m NOT liable for any LOST or STOLEN package. Once a package has been shipped out and it is marked as Delivered, the shipping company is held liable for your package.
